Call Centre

To All

 

an interesting conversation with the virgin media call centre today.

 

Apparently the quality of information recorded at the call centre leaves a lot to the imagination, this will explain when you call back to chase a lack of progress you are not talking with someone with a lack of understanding but the ability to have accurate and concise information on the database with respect to previous calls and issue
