Last few days on demand, search and catchup have been unavailable can someone check my tivo. No rush won't be using it until Monday.
I see there are 4 open TV faults in my area that affect on demand and cause c501 error, hopefully will be fixed soon. Strange the v+ works fine, just the tivo affected.

I have taken a look at the account and all is looking good in terms of the stats on the TiVo® box so nothing to worry about there.
We're aware of an issue affecting customers with regards to their On Demand content and this has been raised under reference: F004717910.
Our techs are already on the case and we're hoping to have things resolved shortly
