C501 error

I'm getting an error message of c501 when trying to watch anything I have recorded. I have tried restarting the box several times. Also when I try pausing or pressing play there is a delay of about 5 seconds or more before it responds

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with this error code. Checking your account, things look good in terms of the signal and power levels. There aren't any area faults or timeouts either. 

 

Since posting, how have things been? Have you noticed any other issues?
