I have C501 error on my Tivo Box and cannot access On Demand Movies. I've reset the box 3 times and have tried to get through to customer services 3 times, each time I hand on for 30 mins then get cut off. Please can someone help me sort this problem
Well i am still getting the error, eventually after much buffering. This is the 3rd night out of the last 5. Try just telling us the truth about what and why this is happening and stop raising our hopes by giving us false fix times!
