C423

Just recently signed up to Virgin within the last 2 weeks. I have 2 boxes, but can't watch what I have recorded on one box on the other.....error message c423? Everything connected and everything else running ok. Any suggestions?

I have located your account and sent some signals down to them, also could you reboot the box by the mains and let me know if you're still seeing the same error message please.

I fixed this myself... Added 3 rules in PORT FORWARDING (Advanced Setting on Shub).
I found my IP address in NETWORK on V6 box...
80
8080 - 8081
7287 - 7288
And all works fine
I'm sure upnp should take care of all of this - but hey this works!
