Returned from a week with power off on boxes, no internet, no TiVo, no vhd. Only indication is c180 on TiVo. Service is so fragile that it can't handle a week powered off. Called helpline, tried to be palmed off with 'issues in the area' called back and no more endeavour to help. Engineer booked for 3 days time when I will be a at work, very poor service. Any self-fix suggestions for restoring service after a power off?
