C133

Receiving Network Error C133 , watching Netflix app and programme crashes then buffers to 25% then freezes. Tried everything!

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been getting the C133 error on your TiVo®, I'd also like to welcome you to the forums. 

The C133 message indicates that your TiVo® is struggling to maintain a network connection. I've done some testing on your connection and can see that there are some issues so I'd like to arrange for a technician to call out and investigate further for you.
