I've had VM since March and have never been able to watch anything in Netflix without C133 or C130 coming up. Movies may take 10-15 or more attempts. Mostly we just give up. Signal buffets to 25% and stops. We have to come out completely or just wait for ages until it's available again. What is the problem here? I'm getting really fed up with it and wonder why I'm paying c£40 a month for a service that can't deliver.
I have had this issue for the last couple of months (previously it was fine) initially I was passed from VM to Netflix and back again but VM now admit it is their problem although they appear to be nowhere near a resolution
I have just sent them a message asking what level of compensation I can expect as the response is not good enough!
