C133 network error

So i decided to give virgin a shot, 7 days i've been on but only 1 day of catch up and on demand with error c133, 15 years i spent with sky, only ever lost tv with really bad weather for a few minutes not 6+ days, it's not being sold very well is it mr virgin? i received a letter at least 3 per month trying to sell me virgin, so you've got me, don't waste it!

I'm having the same issue. It was fine until I upgraded to the new V6 box a couple of days ago.

I got C130 network error.  But only since yesterday when V6 box fitted.
