Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your TiVo®.

 

This error usually means the box has lost it's connection with our network and can't update. I've run a diagnostic on your TiVo® and it seems to be online and connected to the network.

 

Let me know if you're still experiencing issue with this and I'll check it out for you.
