C130

We keep getting this error message, we have rebooted it 3 times already today. Also no internet connection. Phoned and got message this morning saying issue in our area, phoned back at 2pm no message but it still wasn't working. Rebooted box and it started working but by 6pm it went again. Phoned again got message again, left it an hour phoned back and message was gone. But still not working, have reboot it a further 2 times. Internet still not working. This is not good enough. When is it going to be fixed?
