Tivo Home screen showing Network Availability (C130) on device with serial number ending 588 and now there is no TV guide information,

System Info shows last successful Service Connection was on Saturday May 07 at 17:27. Testing the TV Service shows this message,

restarting Tivo make no difference, can you run remote diagnostics?

called 150 and went through diagnostics again, Technician appointment on Wednesday afternoon
