I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error at the moment. I'd like to help check this out for you.
I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and I have spotted some errors there. Can you please power off/on the box to refresh things and let me know when this has been done? Once the box has been rebooted I'd like to re-check it again to see if the errors I can see have gone.
