C130 tivo

Hi!

I hope someone can help. For the past week I keep getting a C130 notification that also says my cables aren't plugged in (they are). I've done the diagnostics check online that says there are no issues. I feel there must be as now I can't even access the tv guide, let alone try to use apps. All cables are plugged in. 

Any thoughts or suggestions will be very welcome!

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your TiVo® box. It's been a little while since you posted so how have things been? Have you been able to get things working again?
