I'm trying to use TiVo to connect to Netflix. I get the message 'there was a problem connecting to the Virgin Media Service (C130)'. When I test my connection it says network cable unplugged. It doesn't seem to be - and I can get iplayer.

Can I just confirm if you're still experiencing the same error message today after a mains reboot?
