C130 network error

Had our Virgin TC setup without an Ethernet cable and has worked fine until today

Now asking for an Ethernet and giving c130 error

Anyone know what this is? Also how do I check of it's something in our area?

Sorry to hear this has happened and I would like to welcome you to the community.

 

Yes the box doesn't need to be connected via Ethernet it's just the message that appears when it's unable to connect to the Virgin Media network.

 

Can I just confirm whether you're still experiencing the same issue today after a mains reboot?
