C130 network availability

Hi all,
We just had virgin media TiVo box installed and all worked fine for 2 days then suddenly the on demand and catch up stopped working and it's saying network cable unplugged.
We still receive wifi and TV channels but not on demand.
Is there a quick and easy fix?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.  Apologies to hear you were having an issue with the On Demand loading Smiley Sad 

 

There may have been a fault at the time which is likely to have since been resolved. 

 

How have things been since you last posted? I'm hoping all is working as it should be now but if not, and you're still having an issue, come back and let me know.
