Getting a C130 error message on my TiVo box. And can't use the app on my iPad either when I try to view the programmes I've recorded.
Are there known issues in the EH12 area?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with you TiVo®. I've located your account and run some checks. Everything looks great in this end!
Try pressing Home on the remote control then Help and Settings, Settings, Network then Connect to Virgin Media TV Service now.

It resolved itself yesterday thanks. I did a complete power down and it came back fine.
