C130 message

Hi, I am getting a C130 error message and cannot access On Demand or Netflix.

I have tried rebooting but to no success.

Any ideas?

Welcome into the Community and thank you for taking the time to write in Smiley Happy

 

C130 error's indicate possible network issues and would certainly need a checkup to make sure everything is in working order. I have tried to run some needed tests but have been unable to gain access needed. Can you have a little glance in the 'inbox', I've sent you a 'Private Message'. You can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
