C130 message

Hi. In Friday we lost service for the tv and Internet. An engineer came out Saturday and said some one had out the wrong connection in the main box when it was being upgraded. He sorted it and out service came back. We now have the c130 message again?!? Is this a problem with TiVo or just our service again. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear you're still experiencing a fault with the TV service with this error now.  I'll be happy to take a look at this and help fix for you.

 

I have connected to your box remotely and all looks ok from here.  Can you please confirm if the fault is still present today?
