C130 message and flashin light on both boxes

Had the above problem since tuesday - everything except catch up and on demand works - wifi and internet is fine - rebooted at the mains but no joy - when i go through settings menu it says network cable unplugged but looks fine to me - checked website and there are no reported problems in my area
