C130 fault


I've recently moved my super hub up stairs next to my TiVo box and I now have a c130 fault, I have a long cable from my wall mounted virgin box to a splitter, one of the splitter cables goes to my TiVo box and the other to my super hub, everything works ok but I have this fault and no on demand services etc previously I had the super hub down stairs with a cable to a wall mounted virgin box and the TiVo upstairs with a cable to a wall mounted virgin box and had no problems, can anyone help?
