C130 error

Getting a c130 error stating services unavailable and tv anywhere app not working. Box says Ethernet cable unplugged but tried two different cables, in two ports of router, both of which work well with other devices any advice?

I can see the box hasn't been rebooted for some time, I have just sent a signal to the box so if you can reset the box by the mains and let me know if there's any improvement please.
