C130 error

Hi, can anyone help me, I got up today and found a C130 error code on my TiVo box, I am not techie at all, however I did come across the check connection and it says connection fail no DHCP server.  I am totally at a loss of what has caused this problem.  So anyone know how I can resolve this... its Christmas and I find I only have half a service.... I've got no on demand or search & discover.  HELP!!!!

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service.

 

I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this from our end and we're detecting some signal errors with the set top box. If you're still experiencing this issue we'd like to arrange for a member of the team to come and take a closer look.
