C130 error

Got 2 tivo boxes and both are showing the green flashing 'heartbeat' light and have the c130 error code showing on the home page. Anyone able to check it out?

Welcome to the community.

 

I have located your account to run some tests and one of the boxes is showing offline and because there's a flashing light I would like to arrange for a technician to visit your property. If you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
