C130 error

Hello was just wondering why my internet & tivo box as gone off im in the area 30 wondering if there is a fault in that area broadband is just flashing green light & tivo box as one green light on & the other green light flashing go to home page it says network availability(C130) & when i press the guide button it says preparing channel information it says loading but it's stuck on 25% hope you can help with my problem thanks. Mark

I would like to take a look into this for you so I will need to gain access to your account to be able to perform a couple of checks.
