C130 error

Endless problems with not being able to watch catch up or Netflix, 4 weeks on and off now. Shows c130 error. Why is this happening all the time?

Either you have a problem with the network in your area - check the website for details- or you have a signal error on your box or possibly a faulty box. Phone in for help

Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry to learn about the problems with your TV service. I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you.

 

We're not detecting any issues at the moment, are you noticing this issue occur more during certain times? Or is it this way at all times?
