C130 error

I have C130 message on the tivo and no Internet. I am told that the next engineer appointment in Tuesday. Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error on the TiVo® service and that Broadband isn't working.  I can see an engineer has called round to sort this for you.
