C130 error o TiVo box

Since yesterday I've had c130 code error showing on my TiVo box I've checked all cables etc and they are all in place tried resetting several times still no luck. Checked if there are any problems with my area and there isn't help!

I'm sorry that you're getting this error at the moment.  I'll be happy to help check this out for you.  I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks great with the signal and power levels.
