C130 error message

I have the c130 network error message for the past four days. I tried to ring virgin but gave up after 15 minutes. Is anyone else having this problem, what do I do? Sky is looking good right now!

I've been with Virgin for years.

The service has got gradually worse as the price has increased.

At least with Sky you get 100% service, 100% of the time.

I have been able to locate your account and I have sent some signals to the box so could you just let me know if you're still seeing this message and also if there are any flashing lights on the front of the Virgin box.

Error c130. Tried all cables making sure the were in correctly. Restarted all of virgin boxes and still same code. Any help would be appreciated Thankyou
