C130 error and no internet again

Long standing customer on big daddy bundle, 138gbp per month and recently get c130 issues on a weekly basis. No internet currently and all the usual reboots tried and failed. Getting fed up with this poor service especially when i keep receiving emails about how i now have the very best internet speeds, maybe they should have upgraded the box and modem! Seriously thinking of moving yo Sky after 14 years of vm and telewest :-(
