C130 and programmes to be announced

)Had the C130 issue for a few weeks now but were told by the technical department that it was to resolved at 3 pm the next day. Today at 6am our television guide shows all "programmes to be announced"

We have a second TiVo box received a few weeks ago and that's working fine.

So back to the dodgy TiVo box, no catch up no on demand and no television guide.

What do I do?

Sounds odd that one TiVo is fine and the other is (long-term) not - and faults seem to think it will resolve soon.

 

Do you get any tv pictures on the faulty one?  If so call it in again and say you want a visit.
