Iv had the c130 network fault and intermittent listing availability for nearly 4 WEEKS when ever I call about it I get to a automated message saying you are aware of it!!! Well yes funnily enough so am I.... Iv been having to check the TV guide on my phone Iv had this service for about 5 months and I've had nothing but problems yet I still get a 70 pound bill each month-(that never seems to go wrong!!!!!!)
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.
At this point in time I can't see any open network issues but I can see an issue with the Input signal for your TiVo® box. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can book a technician to investigate this.
