I have a cable connected TIVO box and having had the C130 and N27 error message.tried running diagnostics and get these.I can watch TV but not access netflix appI'm in Croydon. Have checked tivo cableAny tips?
Have rung Virgin media and they say it's local problem. Its several days now so hope it's sorted soon!
