C130 and M60

Same old problem, we seem to have this issue every few months which is so annoying especially when the service costs as much as it does. 

Last weekend we lost our service entirely for 4 days along with most of this area, not a word from virgin media to say why, what was happening etc and since then we haven't been able to access Netflix or catch up and now we can't record or see the tv guide.

Seriously fed up the bad service.
