C130 Network Availability

Hi, we had an issue with our Modem following a lightning strike recently, the modem has been replaced but we have had message C130 Network Availability message since and N27 cable unplugged.  Modem is working fine with other connections, ethernet cable is connected. Have tried restarts and a new ethernet cable but not good - any ideas?

Sounds like the Tivo got fried too, you'll need a technician
