C130 Error

I'm getting this error saying that a network cable is unplugged but everything is plugged in?

C130 seems to be a generic error message.  I get it too but as you have said everything is correctly connected and I can see approximate 50% of channels OK, the rest are giving me a message that says "~There is a problem with the signal for this channel if it keeps happening call us...."  I called VM twice not satisfactory reply just that they know that there's an issue and are working on it.  Unfortunately, the date for the fix being delivered keeps on being pushed back 24 hours.  currently showing 21st Dec and 19th Dec.  What a shambles.
