C130 Error

We've had a C130 network error for a couple of days. I've rechecked all connections, restarted and nothing seems to fix. Any ideas? The test on Virgin media keeps showing no errors

Phone it in. They may have a fault they don't know about. Or you may have a signal issue on your TiVo.
