Came home today to see that I have no signal on my channel's. I tried hard restarting the box/checking cables but no such luck.
The problem is a C130 error and I live in the RG42 area.
I contacted the support line and they suggested sending an engineer round. I just wondered if this was needed or if it's a problem that anyone else is encountering.
