C130 Error - No catch up etc...

Hiya

Am receiving the above error, broadband connection is fine otherwise. Tried rebooting but hasn't fixed it. Maybe a coincidence but has happened since engineers came to our road this week to make some broader improvements.

Please could help advise how best to resolve.
