Since this morning my TiVo box has had a flashing green "heart" light and at the same time, I'm getting a C130 error and the Preparing Channel Information screen is stuck at 25%.
There don't appear to be any issues in my area.
Is my TiVo box broken?
It sounds like a local network issue - I find that the service status is not very helpful until hours after a fault is known.
Best thing to do is call it in - once you are happen everything is connected firmly.
They should be able to tell if it is your house - or further out.
Pretty sure it's not a local issue. Just hoping a Virgin representative can get back to me this morning.
I guess it would be quicker to phone...

I discovered "web chat" and after a conversation, arranged an engineer for the next morning. He replaced the box and all is fine.
