I have had v6 box fitted Saturday and moved TiVo box to dining room. Sent previous v+ box back. Now TiVo won't set up. Just get error c119 and check cables. Can't check anymore than I have and have rebooted loads of times. Engineer coming back out but would love to know what the issue is before I dare move a box again.
Hi Engineer came out and found it was the cable that was the problem.
Not that impressed with customer services though. Because had late appointment arranged and received a text on the day saying engineer coming at 12.00. Impossible trying to reschedule. So had to get someone to come and sit in.
