C119 error after re locating box?

I have had v6 box fitted Saturday and moved TiVo box to dining room. Sent previous v+ box back.  Now TiVo won't set up. Just get error c119 and check cables.  Can't check anymore than I have and have rebooted loads of times.  Engineer coming back out but would love to know what the issue is before I dare move a box again.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

It sounds like the TiVo® has been unable to reconnect to the network after the move, although I can't say for sure why that's happened.

Hi Engineer came out and found it was the cable that was the problem.

Not that impressed with customer services though. Because had late appointment arranged and received a text on the day saying engineer coming at 12.00. Impossible trying to reschedule. So had to get someone to come and sit in.

Anyway sorted now. Thanks
