C119 erro

Hi I had issues with my box last week so they sent a new one it's all set up but it won't verify and says there a network erro I restart TiVo box unplug and wait still no luck do I have to ring up to activate the box? Wasn't sure as I'm not a new customer just a replacement as old 1 wasn't working
