We've had a new TiVo box as the previous one developed a HDD fault. Now the new one fails to install the software properly. It gets to the verification step and fails. Gives me a network connection error C119. After many calls to tech "support" I have to have a technician visit in a week's time to sort it out. Restarting and rebooting several times doesn't make any difference... Anyone else managed to solved this without waiting around? Cheers.
