For the last two week my tivo box has not been providing tv guide details. It has simply been saying "to be announced" on every channel. I've just tried to reboot the box itself and now it is saying that there is a problem with the connection (Error code: C119). I can't access any channels now and it is stuck on this page.
When I tried to test the network connection before I attempted the reboot it told me that the ethernet cable was unplugged even though the box should be connected to the internet through wifi??
