Buffering on catch up

Any ideas why watching programmes using catchup services has suddenly become problematic.

The buffering this evening is appalling 

ive had Virgon TiVo for over a year, but this is a new feature I could do without!

Welcome to the Community, I'm massively sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with Catch Up at the moment.

 

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on this from our end for you, we're not detecting any issues with the TiVo box at the moment. Are you experiencing this issue on more than one set top box?

Thanks for checking Craig.

Inoticed that one of my secondary boxes was buffering on a +1 channel a few days back, but watching iplayer on the main TiVo box was impossible. 

I've also noticed that when trying to open "my shows" that it isn't overly quick to load.
