Since yesterday (11/11/16) I've noticed my broadband and TV services are not working at all. I am getting an error code C130 on my TV. Spoke to customer services yesterday who mentioned it's a fault they are aware of in the area and working on but he didn't sound so convincing. Apparently it should have been fixed in a couple of hours but today I've checked again and it is still down! Can someone please help and tell me what's going on and when it will be fixed?? Been waiting for over 40 mins on the phone and no one is picking up!
