Broadband and On Demand stopped working yesterday 20th Feb 2017. After one month - yes one month without broadband or On Demand it was fixed and a message from Virgin say all is well in Area 20. Well it was until yesterday, so here we go again. I checked status and was told everything was fine with my connection, but it was turned off. Figure that out. I'm sure you've seen my posts before, and yes I am truly fed up. So it looks like BT INFINITY here I come - has anyone tried BT?
