Boxswap - additional monthly cost?

I received an offer to order and self-install a TIVO box to replace my current one, for free, i.e. no installation charge.  That's all fine, but nowhere in the form or the web page does it specifically state that this TIVO box comes with no additional monthly charge.  My understanding previously was that VM charged a monthly fee for the TIVO box, which is why I never upgraded in the past.  Can anyone confirm that this is truly free?  Or am I going to see an additional monthly charge?

If you've got an existing SA V+ HD and you're being offered the swap to TiVo, then there won't be any additional monthly fees - as long as it's arranged via the web page.
