Have a problem with box shutting down when watching programmes and/or loosing all channels on TV's guide. Tends to happen "late night".

When the box shuts down, does it completely reboot? How often does this happen?

Cheers......Has happened 3-4 times, usually during night, reboots after a few minutes, normally.
when menu/ listings loose channels I have to switch off for a few minutes to reinstall.
